Victor Santiago, an experienced martial artist, has returned to his home of Reinhardt District after two years of absence. He finds that his former best friend, Tobias Braukner, has taken up organized crime and controls the area. Now Victor has to settle in his new life at RHD, come to terms with Braukner's influence in his fights, and deal with gangs that are unfortunate enough to get on his bad side.
